1 year ago i had a purchase of g shock 2100 watch from store that was unplanned i have seen klerna allover the glasses been there selected a watch i didnt know how to make payment by klerna in store one of the male staff helped me to get that.andlater i had a purchase from online i was very happy with that service but today i been there to get watch for my friend it was unplanned 2 female staffs there they even didnt bother me i been to the cash counter and i said i would like to have a gshock watch they said ok and take out the watch i want to send pictureto my friend they allow me to send it and i have taken few pictures and send him he chose other one i said sorry can i have other one staffs looking each other they dont even talk to me taken other watch and ready to make bill they said they dont know klerna works in store i have 2 choices i could buy from online or miserable customer experience leave the store immediately with out buying but i bought the watch paid full amount today kindly please make sure there are so many stores in ipswich kindly staff make sure jst smile when u attended customer today i realised i dont buy any things from store but i keep buying from h samuel online thakyou

Took in 2 watches with broken links on straps. Both bought at this store, but only one still had receipt. Kira and Courtney could not have been more pleasant or kinder. Turns out my wrists have got smaller, so broken links removed and now both watches are mended and fit me beautifully. Excellent service!! Thank you.

Popped in to have my watch links removed, staff were very polite, professional and friendly talking to me whilst carrying out the service which was completed very quickly and off I went, would recommend to others.
