“Only second time shopping here, shop was clean \\u0026 well set out but unfortunately the dreaded metal cage's full of either boxes or good's waiting to be unpacked hampered an otherwise easy shop. The car park was at least 3/4 full, so it was surprising that they only had one till open when we went to pay, admittedly they opened another just after we were unloading our shopping. As for price, i did just put what i wanted in, no adding up or anything, we estimated my shopping would be £42 so i was a happy bunny when it actually came to £35.27p.Well worth a visit, although a lady did tell us on the way round to go to the Sproughton Rd Aldi, it's much nicer!? So now you know where to go, lol”

“Quickly in and out staff very efficient, however there is a deal on king-size shrimp 2 for £7.00 or 3 for £10.00 or £3.00 for a single pack= £9.00 for 3 bought individually on raising the issue with a member of staff, who was embarrassed to have it pointed out to her told me it was head office who promulgated the deals, bless, head office keep your eye on the ball eh?”

“This is by far the best sainsburys in ipswich, may not be the biggest but the staff makes it the best. Always friendly the staff an always willing to help if needed. I've been going in there for years an got to no alot of the staff through friendly conversations. It provides all the essentials that you'll need and I've never had to cue for too long because of how the tills are organised and the self serve layouts..always a pleasant experience in here. Highly recommend ?”

“Not many customers, most of the store lovely and clean and tidy, but other places rather messy. I was also very concerned about a pallet with a carton on, no safety awareness so anyone could have tripped over it”

“I went in to the shop to buy a few things on the way to Shotley. I was a little daunted at first but a nice young man who I thinks name was Declan helped me out and showed me around, putting everything I needed into a basket for me. He then took it to the till and packed everything into a bag putting the heaviest items to the bottom (good packing). He then escorted me to my car and waved me off. Brilliant store, would recommend.”

“This co op represented everything a secondary school shouldn't be. Parents turning up in big All Terain Vehicles and People carriers to collect their divvi.Let's hope the neglected former Co op building in Ipswich Town centre turns into a detention centre for those who realise that divvy is a thing of the past now do nothing but shoplifting as a career.”
