Went to Go Outdoors in Ipswich specifically to have a look at gas regulators for a Cadac BBQ. What I wanted hadn't been easy to source, and I had found it difficult to get a straight answer on the internet. I asked if there was anyone in particular who could help me. A guy stepped forward (I didn't get his name), and he was incredibly helpful. He came to my car to check the BBQ and fittings for me. Then, suggested an alternative which works better than what I thought I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is a vast palace of outdoor clothing and equipment with splendid choice and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are hard working and pleasant. However, the prices are just a touch expensive, even with their inconvenient sign-up discount card.

went to Anglia park store for boots for wife and myself.wife has wide feet, but,Dani did a wonderful job meaning we came away with some Meindl for my wife and Berghaus for me Dani was very knowledgeable and helped a lot to navigate the walking boot minefield . super experience.and full of gratitude for our super Dani our sales assistant ?

first visit to go outdoors and was very impressed with the customer service. I have no experience of buying rain jackets suitable for camping and hiking and the choice is quite vast if your not sure what you are buying and the berghaus jacket that i bought held up to the heavy rain and was a great purchase that i probably wouldn't have gone for without the advise and experience of the lady that helped me. would highly recommend
