Excellent service! Sheikh was patient, friendly and knoledgeable. He was not 'pushy', but assisted me in coming to a decision and offered me a good deal.
The 'proof of the pudding' will be when the bed arrives and is in situ., but I have every confidence that all will be well.

Purchased a sofa back in March which was delivered faulty and Furniture Village have done everything possible to shirk away from owning up to delivering faulty goods. We are now forced to look at taking legal action. I would definitely avoid purchasing anything from this company as whilst they are possibly ok if there is not a problem they are not interested in resolving issues. Don't waste your money go elsewhere !

Excellent service, no pushing to buy. Explained well with all relevant information on sofas. All staff are good and friendly. With excellent customer service as above, they sold it to me?. Can't wait to have the sofas in my home.

Better to shop at a retailer which has a decent returns policy, rather than Furniture Village who will do everything possible to leave you hanging if there's a problem later on. Furniture Village have some nice stock and their salespeople can be very convincing but try not to be suckered in - do your research at alternative vendors before committing yourself. And if you still decide on going with Furniture Village, buy online (not in store) so that you have some element of protection under law.
