So last month I took my Kuga here to get my rear brakes replaced. They managed to break my lock nut key into the wheel nut. Asked to see manager who didn't come and see me. Just lacky come out to tell me they'll knock £40 off my brakes once "" I "" got the problem they caused sorted as they didn't have equipment to remove the lock nuts. This cost me £80 and a whole lot of time finding a place that could do it. I've been a long time customer here but will never be returning after this fiasco.

I was in a right pickle having broke down on A14 overnight and struggling to find a garage to sort my blown tyre.These guys were fantastic, quick efficient and decent price. Aftercare was appreciated too. I will be coming back in future ?

I used Europit once before in Ipswich, Richard and his team were so accommodating so when my car had a breaking problem and the Ipswich branch didn?t have a specific tool to complete the job. Richard organised and booked me in the bury branch the next working day, at the same rate and gave me a space to do some of my work while I?m waiting as I had to travel to another site.What I was worried about an inconvenience to my day. He managed to resolve both for me by accommodating both my car needs and work place needs.Thank you
