Still loving it that you put your car reg onto their site or in the store and like magic they will have the part you need exactly for that model car. Loving it. The guy last Saturday who served me early morning was excellent. Professional courteous and friendly. Love it!!!

Poor bloke on his own serving all day with q of 8 people waiting at one point, zero help from back office staff who customers could all hear laughing and joking. Poor team management but a super star reception staff

Staff friendly enough. Wasn't busy sat AM. so in n out 15 min. Car parking wasn't particularly easy. Can see it being a mission on busy work days.
