Back again to this excellent Dunelm outlet... this time to buy a modest sized Dunelm 1Ltr Dehumidifier £25 to assist during a period of high humidity across our region.
Result, money very well spent. The unit quietly goes about its business, as one would expect, bringing forth a comfortable and much-lowered humidity in the room of use.
Just an hour after moving the dehumidifier to the bedroom and the living room was back to feeling clingy.
It's a great product and works as it should but the review needs to extol the service assistant as well. Rachel, just brilliant. Smiling and engaging, old fashioned customer service and I'm very grateful for it.
Thank you Rachel, see you when I shop instore again... probably for another 1Ltr dehumidifier!

Clean and tidy store. Visited the cafe for the first time and the lemonade was made with what looked like lemon squash and was extremely weak and not worth the cost.

Some great bits , but lots of staff standing about, when you could see tidying up needed to be done. Love the fact they have a cheaper range , all the way to high end more expensive ,so suits lots of budgets.

Nice general range of items but disappointed with the lighting section. I specifically went to the store to see what the items i was interested in looked like as they were a set, floor and table lamp, before I purchased anything. But they only had 1 on the shelf and not the matching part. The others were only available to view on line as a very limited range on the shop floor.

The coffee shop should be closed to customers really? they always have misleading ?menus? to invite customers in and they always charge you more? from giving customers vouchers without any date and next week they say they don?t accept them anymore, to say cake and coffee classic and in the end they charge for both? its a nightmare? and staff always are rude a answering your questions? unbelievable

Came with my daughter today 9/11/24 , staff no manners , plonked our order on the table not even looking while she talked to a colleague, needs more staff training and people skills .

Just been in the store. Tried to buy some kitchen utensils such as peelers and apple slicers as well. Their cashiers asked me to provide my ID to buy those items. I showed my passport copy from my phone and they denied me. They just accept physical ID! Who carries physical ID these days. I am 40 years old and had to leave everything behind.

I like this store before, but now I had to change my opinion.

Big fan of Dunelm for bedding and home wares. They have a good mix of branded and own brand items. Of course there is some tat in there, but have to appeal to everyone.
Prices are normally very good. Not too much stock rotation these days so I don?t go too often as not much has changed in the seasons.
Great place from Christmas items too when it?s time.

When we came to the cafe, we had to leave before ordering due to very rude service.
We were ignored by the staff members who clearly couldn't be bothered to assist us. Won't be coming back.
