Certainly well pleased with the prices and the service offered from extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at the Ipswich store so would certainly recommend them and wouldn?t hesitate to visit the store again if we require anything in the future.

Carol was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, we tried the mattress machine to check what mattress would suit our body, Carol made us feel comfortable and not rushed to buy, she asked us what we would like and our preferences we felt heard, we was offered a drink and had a lovely chat. Carol you are a star and what a lovely lady you are, dreams you should be proud to have an employee who listens and cares for her customers, We found our perfect mattress. Excellent service! I bought a new king size ottoman bed. The young lady 'Caitlin' was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She explained the differences between mattresses and made it easier for us to decide. All the staff were very friendly and especially to be offered a nice cup of coffee too! I would highly recommend Dreams if you are thinking of buying a new bed.

First time going in to purchase a mattress. Was greeted by Emily, very friendly, even offered me a drink. She asked what I was looking & was very helpful. She shew me this mattress you lay on & it determines what sort of mattress you need. From start to finish she was helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait for my mattress to arrive ?. Highly recommend this store.

Bought a mattress here. Had problems with it. It took some time but the store manager was able to arrange a return and refund. 3 stars for helping me but sadly still had to buy a new bed elsewhere so not 5 stars.
