We decided to have a Christmas pizza feast at work last Tuesday, and we ordered a humongous amount of Pizza from Domino's Felixstowe Road. the logistics were quite complicated, as the payment came from a sponsor but the guys at Felixstowe Road manage to prepare the food and deliver on time. Old Steve, especially, was a complete number one star, coming to our place and helping with all the pizzas being safely delivered, what a top guy! Awful place they messed up my last order so I rung up then got promised dough balls on the next order I?ve juts been there to collect my pizza and Dough balls and apparently there?s no dough balls got home the pizza is freezing cold and the cheese is just all coming off on the first bite

Minus one if possible. Yet again football is more important than fulfilling customers orders. Lying to you about ?being outside of your house? unable to find the address when, in truth, the order hasn?t even left the kitchen. Unacceptably rude staff. The ?manager? doesn?t even listen.

Terrible customer service from the manager. Utter refusal to help when pizzas were delivered to the incorrect address. The girl on the phone was lackadaisical and lost. The manager was rude and unhelpful. The driver was inept. On top of that, redelivery and refund were refused on the grounds that "my system says the food was delivered".

Sometimes have to wait a while but pizzas are as good as any dominoes. The lady also gave us free extra sauce.

Ordered around 11pm tonight, website says delivered, we didn't recieve our order and no one is answering the phone. Avoid using this business. Lack of customer service is shocking. Whoever recieved our order enjoy ya free food ?
