Consistent at getting orders wrong. 3/5 times when you order stuff is missing. Ordered tonight - Christmas Eve. I get its a busy night but they arrived 15mins before requested time slot, just as I was putting my toddler to bed which meant I had to put him in a split second to answer the door, so refused to sleep. Bottle of drink was missing and the pizza was totally undercooked. The cheese barely melted and the toppings had no sign of being cooked at all! Straight in the bin. Absolutely awful.
When you do complain to the store, you get nothing but a ?I?ll pass the details on to my manager and they will issue you a voucher? - which never arrives.
I?ve said ?no more? severals time with this place but always order for the convenience, despite the mistakes. Im done now. Will collect from a competitor in future.

Made order over the phone as the app wouldn't allow me to make the changes that I wanted.
I called back 2 mins after to add another pizza and they charged me another delivery fee.
The guy on the phone said that the original order was still in the oven and would be delivered at the same time.
The guy said his manager wouldn't waiver the fee.
Not happy with the service.

Staff are incapable of reading an order and getting it correct.
3 out of 10 times we order a pizza it arrives without an ingredient. How? They're meant to be following instructions.
It's got to the point where we use the Driver Instructions section to ask them to make sure it has the correct ingredients, but it appears the drivers don't read the special instructions as the pizzas still turn up missing ingredients.
Unfortunately there's no other Domino's that delivers to me, so I'm stuck with dealing with this one.

Ordered online and went to collect my food. 2 pizzas were ready, the dessert wasn't and they said to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later they still hadn't given me my food. It was ready, no idea how long it had been sat there for, they'd just forgotten I was waiting. It was long enough that, after the 8 minute drive home, the pizzas were cold.
Tried phoning to complain. Whoever was there picked the phone up, but immediately hung up without speaking. Tried again, same thing happened. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Excellent service, pizza was delivered super quick and so hot it felt like it had just come out of the oven !
This was on the first football match for England in the Euros and was expecting a delay due to that but it was so quick !
The delivery guy was really friendly, would definitely recommend! Thank you so much !

the boy with the hair is full of hair on his hands and I saw with my own eyes how he prepares the table and then holds it on his right arm full of hair on his bare skin. From that moment on, I no longer buy pizza from that location. Very rough.
