We were scheduled to receive a delivery today between 9.23 and 10.23, there is some roadwork happening further down the road from our house and the road there is closed further down. The road is NOT closed to our house. The delivery did not arrive, the e-mail from DHL said that the driver could not gain access and the recorded message on their phone system said that there was no one at home. This is all lies. Why would you choose to use dishonest companies.

Driver was rude and took my package away even though I said my wife was in and to wait 1 minutes please. He didn't even wait 30 seconds

Delivery drivers lie if they fancy an early finish or they're running late. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was promised my package to be delivered after a phone call when I complained about them lying that no-one was home (there are two of us home, CCTV and Ring doorbell). They told me the driver was no longer able to turn round as he was out of the area. They too lied to me and took my details saying the driver would deliver later (mainly to get me off the phone). Surprise surprise no return delivery that day. This company's staff should be sacked for their laziness.

Absolutely useless cannot contact by phone
