I think the quality is far better than other stores nearby.
Staff are knowledgable and pleasant, coffee is superb.
16 weeks wait for delivery that was hassle free and efficient .

Quick to take your money, sofa has been delayed twice now after an already long wait. Spoke to customer service via web chat and they just left the chat when I asked why it?s late.

The worst and most expensive sofa we've ever bought.
We bought this Kaizer sofa before 5 months from DFS. Today is impossible to used.
If somebody sitdown it can feel the hard wood and springs also.Is missing more than 10 cm from the foam.
We have payed for £2300 and nobody care after 5 months.
The manager told for us this is normal like that have to be this sofa another manager he told for us we have puting out and sell in marketplace.
For me is unbelievable how a store manager can't help for the customers (arrogant)I m 100%sure this sofa hasn't have to be like that is missing a lot of material from the foam.
We are a simple people's we payed almost £2500 to get a hight quality sofa what we can used for long time .But unfortunately after 5 months we have to put out in to thw rubbish because impossible to used.Better to sitting down in the floor then sitting in this expensive Kaizer.

Salesman promised gliders for sofa and they didn't arrive. Also received wrong colour sofa. Customer service was shockingly bad and was told now got to wait another 3 months for the new one to be made . No apology from staff either. Also the van driver carried it in with no plastic to protect it and the weather was rotten. Really disappointed.

Wouldn?t use again or recommend. Purchased sofas for our new house and our sale and purchase fell through at the twelfth hour. The sofas we had originally purchased will not fit in our existing property however we still needed new sofas as had sold out old one. Called and informed DFS of our predicament and requested if we could swap some of the pieces so it would fit - no help whatsoever! Turned what?s meant to be a positive and exciting experience buying new sofas into a stressful and worrying experience. Will go back to Furniture Village or SCS in future where customers are priority.

Came to buy a sofa and had to endure a full sales pitch of every add on possible...very off putting when you make it clear from the start what you want. DFS management need to review their processes !

It was time to upgrade our 16 year old dfs sofa.
Didn?t want to go to loads of shops so we went to Next first and then here,ended up buying a sofa within 30 mins,they do have some lovely sofas in there and with our old one still going strong after 16 years we felt we can trust DFS.
Bit of info?..the price you see isn?t the price you pay,delivery is £130 so bear that in mind,extra 5 year cover/protection is 5% of the cost of your sofa ect.
Our sofa was £899 and we ended up paying £1130 so be careful if you have a budget.
Other than that is was good.

Have ordered a corner sofa from DFS Ipswich, and we are now awaiting delivery. During the ordering process we dealt with two salespeople called Tina and Owen, both of these people were excellent. Both Tina and Owen were very patient and were more than happy to offer the CORRECT advice for my needs. Fantastic staff, the shop is laid out very well and the in-shop atmosphere is excellent.
