Delivery rarely happens have to collect yourself. If you need for early Monday morning and not delivered Friday as arranged by Doctor you nay have a problem!

Staff are nice, but medication and products over priced. Bought some over the counter medication only to find out that I paid £6.00 more than what it costs in other pharmacies and online.

A small local pharmacy which has a pretty sparsely stocked shop.They always answer the phone when I've called to check if a prescription is in stock, and if it's not they've either offered to get it within a day or two, or told me where I can go to get it nearby.It is a small pharmacy so don't expect them to have every single drug under the sun at their fingertips.They also have to close dispensing when the pharmacist takes their lunch break (by law), so best to avoid 1-2pm or just call ahead, when I've had to pick something up they've told me the times they can't dispense over the phone so I've just made sure that I went around those times.Despite this, I've always found the staff to be polite and friendly, and they've always been super helpful when I've needed advice on anything.

Plenty of staff , but never in a rush to serve .. very slow and all look miserable behind in dispensing area .shelves are not very well stocked . Went in other day asked for some buscopan for my partner , young lad behind counter said we don't have any but got senna , wanted to stop the stomach cramps not give him them .. prescriptions never ready when you go to collect them always have to wait , don't go in between 1 and 2 to get prescriptions as no pharmacist to check prescriptions

Norwich rd clearly states closing time 6pm on a Friday. Gone to collect my prescriptions at 4pm and shop closed. Not for the first time on a Friday this has happened, and not exactly appropriate on a long bank holiday weekend. I am now left without an epipen I need. Terrible service

This Pharmacy has got to be the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Most unproffessional, totally oblivious of customer needs & the importance of regular medication! When you complain about the service you then get told we are not delivering to you anymore! 4 years & for every month myself & my wife have had a problem!! Try to order about a week to 10 days prior to needing medication! Constantly on the phone trying to speak to somebody which they constantly dont answer!! No communication!! (Ravenswood Branch)

Go to pick up a prescription that is ready as had a text so get there at 1745 for the door to be locked and staff member says no one else coming in as have 5 customers in the shop 6pm it closes ???????????
