Wow! Just wow!
Came in to get printer ink, was looking at the ink cards, one staff member came over- great they can help. They told me to go to the checkout as they have the ink back there ?? great I do that?there is one staff member serving with a customer who isn?t happy, there?s another 2 members of staff at the repair desk, they disappear and do not reappear, there are now 6 of us in the queue another member of staff finally comes over to begin serving, they then disappear AGAIN to show a customer where an item is - I?m not frustrated at the staff members on the check out ?.its more the other staff milling around that can clearly see there are a lot of customers waiting.
I was trying to support the local shops, but you lost me today, I put my items back on the shelf and walked out.

Dont bother trying to buy any thing. Everyone ignores you. When you go to the counter to get assistance they say they will send someone down. You wait for ages and then they serve someone else that hasn't been waiting as long. When you speak to the manager he just says we have no one to serve you. He said this whilst chatting to his colleagues.....customer first????? Not in ipswich currys.

Absolutely appalling experience. The older man in glasses who ?served? me today (20th August) was shockingly rude, condescending, and downright nasty ? arrogance dripping from every word. His attitude was so over-the-top it bordered on racist. The sheer hostility and unprofessionalism were staggering ? I?ve never been treated with such contempt in a shop before.
Avoid this place like the plague. Spend your money anywhere else. They don?t deserve a single customer.

The place is incredible. I went there with money in my pocket. I waited for an hour and a half to be served, but they didn't serve me. I had to come back unable to buy anything because no salesperson came! I ended up buying the same laptop in Argos.

Absolutely appalling service, only one person in whole store who can deal with mobiles so when he swans off, there's nobody, been waiting 30 mins already and even though others tell me he's on his way, no sign of this person. Am now about to find somewhere else that actually wants to serve customers.
Just wish I could choose zero stars.

Rude with no customer service skills. Got a new washing machine that leaked everywhere on first use. They refused to take it back even though we have a legal right to have our money back.
Avoid them completely.

it's understandable why people shop online my wife and I went to currys, We stood there for 15 minutes waiting for an assistant to help with sound bars, I then seeked an assistant down to be told I have to wait and I was second in the queue ,The store in fact was empty, there was more staff than customers, after 30 minutes I then went to a desk where there was three assistant sitting, one of the assistants said I can call somebody for us as they were all serving ,But they were all staff, to which I will Responded by saying I've already waited 30 minutes. .
we left and went to Hughes and were served immediately

Awful place. Not enough staff. I had to wait an hour for service, because a tablet I bought from them doesn't work.
This is the 3rd visit I've had to endure because they have constantly failed to fix the problem.

Outstanding service from Store Manager Loraine ? incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted, and her warm, professional manner made all the difference. Truly appreciated!

My wife, Hayley, and I went to buy a TV and possibly other items, fridge etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with zero pushiness- just straight up advice. Special thanks to Brandon for all the great advice!
