his morning, I started my day early with breakfast before heading out for shopping. I stopped at McDonald?s first to enjoy my favorite Hash Browns?always a great start! After that, I went to Costa Coffee for a latte. The café had plenty of seating, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing morning.
Unfortunately, the customer service didn?t quite match the lovely setting. They didn?t greet me, were out of gingerbread lattes, and forgot the vegan cream topping on my order. When I asked for it, they seemed a bit reluctant. Despite that, the calm and cozy atmosphere made the visit worthwhile, and I?m looking forward to the rest of my Boxing Day adventures!

The café was clean, quiet, and well-lit, creating a pleasant environment with plenty of seating available. It?s conveniently located, and as expected from Costa, there?s a good range of food and drinks, including vegan options. While the space itself was lovely, I felt the staff could have been a bit more welcoming. They were efficient, but a warmer approach would enhance the overall experience. If you're in the area, this is a decent option, there is also another Costa and a Caffè Nero nearby. A bit more friendliness from the team would make this spot even better.

We enjoyed our drinks, only annoying thing is Internet signal in here was not great. My phone was fine but my boys lower specs phone couldn't get signal so he couldn't play his game. Drinks were nice but got cold fast so have to drink em quick which wasn't ideal concidering we went in to chill. Service was great tho, very friendly an happy girl served us.

Great service - making me an Iced Latte the old way - which is what I asked for!! More so as only him working and dealing with multiple customers at the same time! Only downside were the undesirables both inside and outside!

Ordered two baps. One was bacon and the other was a vegetarian one.
For some forsaken reason, the crew member decided to place two plates on top of each other and place the vegetarian bap on top of the bacon one with bacon hanging out.
I offered to whom I was with to complain about her vegetarian bap but she said not to as she doesn't like making a fuss about things but I was very disappointed.
This is unacceptable service.

I was here a few weeks ago and there was a long queue. The staff managed to serve everyone so fast and efficiently with lots of care and attention to detail. I didn?t think I?d been waiting long at all but the manager asked me to choose a free cake due to the wait. So lovely, really impressed as I know chain stores don?t always have that much care for the customers.

Lovely Costa in the heart of Ipswich. Staff in there are friendly, lovely, cheerful and go above and beyond for you. Never dull or unhappy. Great customer service, the place is tidy and clean. Coffee everything you expect from Costa. Only thing I'd change is the atmosphere, could do with a little decor or few house plants to make it a little more comfortable ( not that it isn't ok, but just could be improved)Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with wheelchair, once you can hold door open
