Really poor from Jack and his colleagues today, left waiting at the counter without an acknowledgement, then served drinks 10 minutes apart. Very disappointed and frustrated with the Costa experience today due to poor service. Extra customer service training and guidance needs to be given to the employees working there this afternoon.
