“Stopped by around 2:30 today (11/11/23) and let me just tell you the staff were so polite and helpful. Definitely the best Body Shop i’ve been in! To add to this, there was as extremely rude woman speaking down to the staff, i’ve never met someone so rude I was shocked. I think it’s disgusting people are so vile when people are literally doing their job. The staff handled it very well and i’m just sorry they have to put up with customers like that when they’re such lovely people!! Just wanted to reciprocate how lovely they were and will definitely be coming back :)”
“I love going in here, I just don’t like how It is so bright the lights could blind you, it’s so white and gives me a headache, not to mention the overpowering smells from all of the perfumes and lotions etc, it’s not a good combo! I think the lights need to be dimmed but apart from that I enjoy my boots trips”
