Had 2 cheese and ham toasties with crisp. The toaster came as toasted bread with a bit of cheese one side and ham no butter whatsoever so it was like eaten chaff if I hadn?t psi up front would have it back so one bit of side you could just lift of I think they need a lesson on how to make a hot toasted this was also brown bread I thought u had to ask if u wanted brown bread Plus about five tortilla chips. Like I said was like eaten chaff should have said want my money back absolutely disgraceful will never go a gain plus should have taken a photo would also like to add was not told brown bread and it definitely wasn?t a toastie warm and dry. Yes should have come back and complained do to warm toast u have to put butter on it to make toast and put in a griddle this was not done When read another review on take away person had Panini and it was not even hot I think when you do takeaways you just don?t care Care. Will not be recommending you to anybody and I hope anybody who read this takes note It was like it was cooked by a child who had no idea how to make a toasty

Locked out of my room in the nearby B&B hotel owing to the visiting Tottenham Hotspur football club's exclusivity agreement, I had a couple of hours to kill from my overnight sojourn in Bury St. Edmunds, so headed off on my bike to find somewhere nearby to sit. I was about to settle down on a bench opposite the players' entrance to Ipswich Town Football Club, when the enterprising owner of Cool Beanz popped his head out of the door and said he'd be open in a short while, but I would be most welcome to step inside. That was very welcome because a. I needed the loo and b. a coffee was going to hit the spot.
Although Trip Advisor says the coffee shop is closed on a Saturday, that's not strictly true. It opens at 1pm on the tractor boys' home games and, judging by the folk who came in as kick-off approached, it's a very sensible business decision which has been ongoing for 11 years.
The bacon roll wasn't much to write home about, but the coffee was nice and the broadband was fast.
But, more importantly, the owner kindly welcomed me in and that alone was worth a million dollars.
Plus, Spurs' coaches arrived just as I was about to leave, the windows completely blacked out meaning there was no chance of seeing one of those pampered footballers. I just hope that the fans who'd been patiently waiting at the B&B hotel caught sight of their heroes; several told me that, when Aston Villa came recently, not a single player came to say hello.
I think that, sometimes, they forget quite who pays their wages. Even when I was a kid growing up near Glasgow in the sixties and seventies, it was still quite common to see a Rangers or Celtic player travelling by public transport. And when I worked in the local Esso garage at the weekends when I was 16, I used to wash Celtic player Tommy Gemmill's car every Sunday lunchtime! I don't expect James Madison or any of his Spurs team-mates let a teenager loose on their top of the range motors!

Nice place, clean, and lots of comfortable seating. Staff were nice and friendly, and they even had a vegan sausage roll which wasn't bad at all. The reason for four stars is the extra price for plant milk. It's 2024, there's lots of vegans, lots of people who are lactose intolerant, or just prefer oat milk in their drinks. An extra 30p per serving when you can get a carton for £1.50 or less is just ridiculous.Vegetarian options: Couple of vegan options but you pay extra for plant milk

Great for a reasonable coffee on cold mornings before work. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick regardless of queue size.
