Be warned, if you step outside your house once, and find out that the shoes are atrocious, Clarks will NOT refund you. Their recommendation is:try your shoes on the carpet?
I wiped the dust from the soles and the store manager accused me of ?attempting a fraudulent return??because I cleaned the shoes. Only worn them once outside. Beggars belief.

Never seen to have many sizes in stock but staff are nice enough. Appaling quality results in only 6 months guarantee on adults shoes though.

Terrible service , so we bought two pairs of shoes online for my son , we got the sizes wrong so we had to go back and return them , where they sized up my sons feet in store we managed to exchange and reorder.
On collection we spoke to the shift manger in store who went and collected the shoes , she was rude and just gave the vibe like she didn?t want to work there no more. I pointed out the shoes had plenty scuffs on them and that this wasn?t right !, she said this was because the shoes came from another store. I said well I would a new pair with no scuffs!. She explained this may not be possible because they can?t control were the shoes come from another store or the warehouse. So I said you expect me to be ok with this ? She said I can give you a refund !
Disgraceful behaviour, if you worked for me I would sack you , never ordering from Clarks again.

I want to say a big thank you to Jessica (if I recall her name correctly) for her outstanding service today. I purchased my little one's first pair of shoes, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. My baby enjoyed her attention. Overall, I?m very happy and pleased with the service.

Went into Clarks to get my son his first pair of shoes. Lady who helped us was very friendly and patient with my son who wasn't making it easy! She listened to what I wanted and provided several options and was happy to answer all my questions. She seemed knowledgeable and made it a really pleasant experience

Had my sons feet measured for school shoes yesterday at the Ipswich Clarkes and were told he was a 8F. They didn't have any shoes in his size, so we were offered size 9 shoes with insoles. If you are paying for Clarkes school shoes, you want them to fit correctly. They also didn't know if they would get any more size 8 shoes in or not. Today we went to the Felixstowe Clarkes, Bella measured him as a 8.5H, which is a huge difference. They had the shoes in stock and it was a completely different experience. Will definitely go straight to Felixstowe next time.

As a critic I've never visited a Clarkson in which I was amazingly treated with patient by a young man named Trueman he was remarkable, and the smiles you get and small talks made while meeting staff and paying just boosts your confidence into buying a right fitting shoe. Well done Trueman for yesterday and all other ataff I came across you have earned these stars

Came to Clarks in Ipswich find a pair of sick creps for my little brother and we were helped out by a worker named Zara who was quick and very kind as well as entertaining, my little brother is now the official kingpin of his primary school and the envy of every gen alpha.

I am an autistic adault, and this review will initially sound like it is bad: I arrived outside just before the shop opened on a Sunday. I saw who I guessed was the female shift manager opening the doors, so I waited a few seconds, then phoned up asking for an appointment to be measured. The lady told me in a harsh-sounding tone that "we don't make appointments on the day, and that you can just come in." By the time I entered the shop there were now FOUR female members of staff, but not the one I spoke to. So instead I told a kind-looking young girl that I had phoning up, and that I was autistic. She apologised, saying that the person I spoke to just went out the back. Whilst one of the other girls went to talk to her, another girl behind the till with a Staff Team Leader badge on asked the girl I spoke to serve me instead. By now other customers had entered the shop, so I was feeling very anxious and my hands were shaking.Fortunately, being served by "Katy", was the absolute BEST thing that could have happened! First she politely asked me what I was looking for, and asked if I needed to be measured. I said that I did, and that I was feeling very nervous. Katy's kind words made me feel much better. She took me through the measuring process in detail, proceeding at a calm pace.Because I wanted a second pair of shoes like the ones I bought for work in the Felixstowe branch, I asked to try on the Black Leather, Scape Sky Y school shoes. I also asked that Katy show me how she checks the fit, which she kindly and calmly did. Because she had measured me at a slightly smaller than the Felixstowe branch had, the first pair I tried were too tight, and we ended up trying 6 different size/width combinations (checked the fit each time), before I happily purchasing the last pair. Every question I asked Katy was politely answered, and every request I had was granted. Katy is a truly WONDERFUL member of staff! And I hope many other customers served by her, feel just as pleased as me.

I am autistic adult, and I'd already been given one of my best customer service experiences at this shop, care of Katy. Unfortunately I discovered the shoes I'd purchased for work weren't, and they dug into the base of my toes. Nervous about exchanging them, I wrote a letter, detailing the issue, thanking the staff for previous assistance, and the help I needed to find the correct size (I even gifted the staff some biscuits as a thank you). Jessica calmly and politely accepted everything in the letter, took me through a remeasuring and fitting that was indicative of her years of experience, and I came away happy with a new pair of 8H Scape Sky shoes. The best way to sum it all up is: WOW! Thank you Jessica, you were absolutely wonderful!

I was always brainwashed to believe that Clarks have the best shoes. Nope. My last trainers from there became discoloured after 5-6 months. Won't go there again. Standards at a new all time low.

Clarks are the best shoes. Just good quality products that last the years of abuse that I throw at them. Whilst they are probably not the most stylish hip name, if you like dry comfortable feet after being out all day in town, then Clarks never fail.
