Hi - so sorry I'm posting my feedback so late. I would like to say Thank you to Leigh Anne for being accommodating when I went to have my first piercing done in 40 yrs. Thank you so much - I was so nervous,but Leigh Anne was very friendly, professional and helpful,bearing in mind I also didn't have any appointments booked. Just walked in and had it done,simple as that. The piercing package contains a gold earring (9 Carat),an after care solution and the piercing itself £42. I was pleased with the price and I would definitely have my piercing done there again, I recommend it with open heart.

Awful customer service paid 60 pound for my daughters ears pierced 12th of may. I opted for 12 month free earings every month as it would give my daughter somthing to look forward to each month. Its now been 2 months i havemt received any emails regarding the free monthly earings iv emailed customer services 5 times with no reply called the shop and they said theres nothing they do. Really wish i would have gone somewere else and i have to explain to my daughter shes not getting her new earings each month .

Absolutely awful, will never step inside the store again. 11 December 23, got there and had to wait 10min for one of the shop assistants to go behind the till since she was so busy rearranging earrings. She then said oh so you are ready now and looked me up and down as if it was my fault i waited. I paid for the earrings, she charged me £1 more which I didn't complain about and she even noticed but proceeded anyways. After an hour I returned to ask to return the earrings as I realised they were clip on's and my little one can't wear them. She had the most horrible attitude, talked to me very disrespectfuly, said I can't return them even though she sold them to me an hour ago and she saw they were still in the packaging, then proceeded to talk to me like I'm a dog and said "it's common knowledge darling, you can't return earrings for hygiene reasons" and looked me up and down again. Lucky for her I had an appointment and I had to rush otherwise I would've dealt with this in a different manner. Bottom line is, horrible customer service, acted like she works in the White House and she's above everyone. Will never buy there again.Claire's do better!

Highly recommend the children's party at Claire's ? I often visit Claire's with my 6 year old and this particular store has lovely staff! We were invited to a friend's party here tonight after the store closes to the public and the girls really enjoyed it. They got to have face glitter and their nails done and then they did some shopping and dress up!

My best friend and I had our ears pierced by victoria. She was really lovely, patient and put us at ease (we are 28 and 30 so we were probably more scared than a child). She was very chatty, professional and gentle. The only thing I would say is it is quite expensive for lobe piercings as you don?t have the option to not buy the aftercare solution, which is what we were told bumps the price up, this obviously is company policy and not down the lovely girl who was piercing us. We had good giggle in there and spent some time shopping there after as you do get 20% off if you have your ears pierced there. Thanks victoria ?
