Film was good but went out to get a drink at 10:15pm and everything was closed which is stupid! If a film doesn't finish till 11pm at least have someone working at the refreshments. Poor management on their part

This is a fine cinema and the IMAX experience is incredible, has truly ruined any non-IMAX cinema for me. However there is currently a dead blue pixel near the center of the screen which is very noticeable in any dark scene. Another review mentioned this issue 4 days ago so dissapointing to see this not fixed still. Once they sort out that issue i'll happily ammend to 5 stars.

Film turned off (blank screen) twice at the start of the film with audio only to begin with second half of the film right at climax of the film the screen blanked with no video audio only probably the worst experience I have ever had there

The staff are really nice l, great people.That said like all things in Ipswich it's falling apart and smells like vapes; the IMAX screen has a weird blue pixel dot distractingly near the middle of the screen and people vape constantly whilst watching which gives the vibes of a 1950's smoke house with a touch of blueberry in the air..

Prices are pretty much inline with all cinemas. Parking availability isn't phenomenal but you get 4 hours free when using the cinema.Seats are comfy and the audio visuals in the IMAX screens are great.
