Yeah, cant say I'm all that happy. Never pleasant when you're given attitude for simply returning something.
(That disc I returned snapped in two pieces when it was put in for testing and cleaning.)
Maybe sort out the conduct of your employee's. I didnt go in with a bad attitude, I simply wanted to return something that CLEARLY should not have been out for sale. Check all the discs, do you? Your words, not mine.
You clearly didnt, otherwise you wouldnt have out a game out for sale that looked like someone had tried to operate on it with a blunt scalpel.

Unused tablet dropped off after having booked it in online. I selected grade B even though it was completely unused but out of the box as I know from experience CEX like to knock items back at least one grade from the guidelines they give online. Received a call saying it was bent. It certainly wasn't and this surely would have been picked up in store when handing it over when the guy serving me took a good look. I won't be returning since I noticed they were selling grade B versions of the tablets my children use at the same price I bought them new 18 months ago when they were launched!

Very bad experience today, I left a brand new PC newer open! to test. They offer 15% of the original value, so ask to return the item.
All wrapping, not there, all other things push in to the box like rubbish.
Is not like brand new anymore ?

Bought this from CeX recently and is completely unplayable due to the fact that all BF2024 once used are not playable in the second hand market. CeX KNOW for a fact that once this has been used it cannot be resold and used by another person.
Yet they have knowingly sold for profit a game that they know full well is useless.
BEWARE GAMERS.
The network key is used from brand new and the game is useless once this has been accessed so not worth buying second hand. CeX will know this.
The usual reply will be posted by CeX attempting to defend this deceitful practice.
I will be reporting them to the OFFT.

I enjoyed my time coming to cex ipswich. Had a lovely smell of bo but was good overall. Got myself a couple Kirby games and got planet coaster with the store credit i got for my iphone 6s. Staff member Liam who served me wasn?t the nicest, here is me on the walk back
