We went. To the stall in random and not one. Member of staff greeted us or helped us and we walked passed 5. Staff members. We then went to the Anglian retail store where we had Graham great us. Let us have a look around then came over and offered us amazing. Service with a smile and. Could not recomend him for any body heating advice

Roselyn was great! Not pushy, very relaxed and knowledgable. Looking forward to getting our new flooring! ?Update - Unfortunately carpet right have been let down this time by their fitters. Very little pride in their work. Such a shame, the store was great and has sorted things. Just not the experience we were told we would receive.
