Love my new surgery. I used ask my gp which was easy to use and because of my issue I was offered an appointment. The Doctor and Nurse were so lovely, very kind and caring. I received through treatment and meds. Thank you again for a great Practice and service ?

Used to be a great surgery but covid destroyed this place. Can't book an appointment at the surgery and when you do get through (which can take a long time) you get dumped down deban road surgery. which is defaco the worst surgery in ipswich. I registered with you chesterfield not deban road!!!

This is by far the worst surgery I have ever come across. Don't get me wrong most of the staff are great. But to get an appointment is terrible. They make wrong decisions that they have no idea about I was left going to A,E. ridiculous they are genuine people who need real appointments. Plus you have a woman upstairs by the the name of Andrea giving out price and confidential patient info and nothing is done the surgery should be ashamed of its self.

A little wait on phone, but otherwise a great service, always got appointment when needed. Great follow-up for on going issues.

Having not used a GP surgery for 5 years or so, I had an efficient experience back in October. The practice nurse who referred me to the hospital. She was lovely.Got referred to an out of hours doctor more recently. Unfortunately they seem to be out for lunch lately. Trying to get the results for important blood test result is proving to be mission impossible. The ask my GP app is closed all the time. The "new request" doesn't have the right options on it. Are they closing down? What's going on here? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be moving practice.

If I could give zero stars I would honestly this has to be the worst doctors surgery in the uk . They are rude . Unhelpful and have no clue how to do their jobs properly. One person says one thing and another says something different. Completely avoid at all cost . Reception staff need a reality check

Absolutely disgusting I have just spent 20 pound on taxi to get to my appointment at 10-15 to be told by the reception that my appointment had been cancelled I have had no phone call or email to state that appointment was cancelled, when I asked for them to re book another appointment was told that I had to go on line and make another appointment, I have now collected new forms from another surgery to join there I have only been to Chesterfield surgery once in all the time it's been there so I am fuming over being treated like this

Used askmyGP, booked a blood test, received appointment next day, turned up at surgery, booked myself in, sat for 5 mins, had blood test, 5 minutes later I was driving home :)

It's impossible to get to the log in page, nor via the phone, you cannot even reply to there texts, as the the system does not take them, it's not at all user friendly.

It's incomprehensible that a medical practice could be this incompetent. Every system they have seems to be designed to ensure they do the absolute bare minimum amount of work possible. You wait terrible times on the telephone, only to be told that they will not take bookings over the telephone anymore. Then you fill out their online form for assistance, and get an automated response telling you they can't help you! Absolutely awful.

Incredibly poor service.Over the years the service has always been less than satisfactory but these last few days have really shown how incompetent this service really is.Yesterday morning my mum got prescribed a prescription and it was never processed. The location of collection had received no prescription and when we revisted the surgery, your receptionist also had absolutely no record of this prescription which is appalling.The receptonist wrote down a note for the prescription and was specifically asked for it to be collected from here and NOT from the usual collection point and somehow through all your levels of incompetence when we arrived today, we were told that it was at our usual collection point.When we said that this was NOT what was asked of you yesterday, your incredibly poor excuse for a receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't do anything. If this was my prescription then I would have laid into her. Useless lady. Do your jobs correctly and then there would be no issue.The service from this place is nothing but appaling.
