Normally ordered my and partner cappuccinos through the app and every time got nice price with discount of 55 pi as the totals equivalent to £1.10, but today no any discount only two stamps .I asked the boy making my order DexterD, but he not intended to help me. Caffe Nero you losing my starvation to be your customer! Look becoming cheap high street caffeine who's not respected their loyalty customers! Chao Nero!!!

Not from Ipswich traveling from USA and visiting family, visited this location as it looked different from outside. Excellent service. Server gave change back and we advised her to keep it, she turned around and and instead of placing in tip jar she put it in a charity donation box ?

Coffee is good as ever, but the outside seating area is unpleasant. Dirty cups, plates and unwiped tables, discarded takeaway cups and rubbish on the floor, full ashtrays. Come on, you can do much better!

Food and drinks are lovely, and the staff is welcoming and happy. Good atmosphere. Accepting vouchers for three £1 coffee. The only negative thing is toilet, located upstairs and locked, so you have to ask for a key before climbing upstairs, not good when you are in need, and forget to ask! Had a lovely hazelnut ice coffee, a bit strong but lovely ?

Great chain coffee shop, friendly staff, fast service and ample choices of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and cakes etc.Clean seating areas and a huge upstairs with some secret historical displays.

OK, ish, not the cleanest claire, and I have been in. We sat at a table 2 trays left on chairs and table these were not cleaned up by staff for the time we were in there .toilets not the best and not clearly

Accessible toilet - no soap, feaces stains near rim of toilet bowl, urine collected twixt cistern and back of toilet. The chart outside, was ticked for checking @12:10!

Would not recommend. Coffee was fine, choice of food limited. The whole place was quite dirty, the toilets looked like they haven't been cleaned for ages..
