Food was just ok although think burger had been thrown together. No ice in drinks which wasn't explained when collecting order.

Nice BK, not too busy considering on a main retail park. Didn't use new self-service machines, prefer to order with staff.

Ordered by the self service that was available, first time using this. Wouldn't give me the option of removing item from meal, ie pickle..
Kept going back to option so left it and removed items when we received our meal. Wasn't very warm either.

Milkshake machine broken, condiments at 30p a pop. Not good value for money anymore. Absolutely freezing in the store. Saving money by not putting the heating on?
