I came to burger king recently with my friends and we ordered a decent sized meal. I was worried food would come cold/incomplete like it has at other places, but it came quickly and everything was still fresh and hot! Tables were clean so we were able to sit comfortably inside and eat.

Although the staff were friendly and polite,
It was a long wait time and the restaurant was pretty much empty.
I had a standard order but somehow people who came in and ordered after me, got their orders first.
Was told the delay was with the onion rings because no one was putting them in to cook till last min and took literally 2 mins to cook, then got my order so pretty much was waiting a while for someone to just put them in to cook.
Was given the wrong drink.
Was served on a tray when it was a take away.
The person making the burgers had rings on and I saw no hair nets and I saw them touch themselves and then go back to touching the food they were making.
Definitely wasn?t fast food took 20 nearly 30mins and the restaurant had like 2 tables sat at, rest was empty.
Definitely wouldn?t come back again.

Terrible service. Half an hour in a drive-through, really!!! And at 9 o'clock in the evening, when they weren't busy. Poor communication from all members of staff as to why we were being kept waiting so long. Will never use this drive through ever again.

The screens inside the store (although new) did not have all menu items. The double cheeseburger I ordered was very dry and not hot, just warm. Seems like it had been sat around for a while. The cup for my drink was a bit damaged so liquid was spilling from the rim area. Wouldn?t recommend eating from this BK. The service however was good.

My food was ok, but my mum asked for no salad and got salad. Wasn't busy, so there was no real reason for this. Issue with the app, staff not able to comprehend the app, staff member (Connor) very abrupt, borderline rude. Management were helpful.

Ordered 3 meals, received all the chips, but missing two drinks and a whole burger!!! No straw either for the one drink they actually bothered to pack!! Ridiculous please can you get your staff trained to check the bags and receipts before they send out!!!!

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, as always, with the Whopper being a standout favorite. But what really made my visit exceptional were the staff members, Scott and Liam. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. Scott was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, while Liam's positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such dedicated and cheerful employees, and they truly made my day. I'll definitely be returning to this location!

If you got missing item won?t be able to contact them as fake phone number not recognised,that will give opportunity to staff including delivery driver to take free drink or anything else ,the only way get in touch with them drive to restaurant and that will be pointless , ,sharply not recommended!
