In my opinion, this pharmacy is not the right one. I went with my 13-year-old son. He was very sick. His temperature was 39.8. I asked her to consult him and her answer was, "Come later, we have a lunch break."

Went in for my flu jab. Pharmacy was pretty much empty and they were still late and had someone before me yet to do. Looks like they spent most of their time chatting at the back. Won't be coming back here again.

I've read the bad reviews, but sat here myself overhearing how they speak about customers after they left.., the nonsense they chatter between themselves. They send people away, when they should have just checked properly if their prescription was ready. They leave people waiting because they forget to do things.
Really this place is useless, not worthy of the Boots brand.
Just use Day Lewis instead...

They lost my prescription and refused to believe that I hadn't had it. GP proved they had sent the right codes. Caused me a few days battle and stress to sort it. Their attitude to the customer is appalling

Wish I could give a zero! Avoid this place like the plague! Every single time I have repeat prescriptions they have apparently not gone through! Even though my GP has told me he has definitely sent them over to the pharmacy! The lady at the pharmacy told me my GP is alting my prescription basically saying my doctor is putting my prescription through then cancelling it straight away! None of these so called 'staff' have a clue then when you get mad as you know they are lying they hate it and ban you! Or refuse to let you have what you need meaning medicine! Absolutely disgusting! Needs shutting down or a whole bunch of new staff ASAP! Calling a doctor a liar is beyond me! Never had no trouble until new staff came in!

Diabolical pharmacy. Never answer the phone. Now having to return a 4th time for a REPEAT prescription of my daughters asthma inhaler because it?s not ready. (Three weeks waiting with 3 previous visits for the same request) Yet my husbands prescription made yesterday is there waiting. ?????
