I love going in here, I just don?t like how It is so bright the lights could blind you, it?s so white and gives me a headache, not to mention the overpowering smells from all of the perfumes and lotions etc, it?s not a good combo! I think the lights need to be dimmed but apart from that I enjoy my boots trips

Woman with black hair and glasses at perfume counter rude and arrogant, totally ignored me and pushed pass.
Bought my perfume from from the Perfume shop inside Sailmakers lower ground floor. Much better customer service.

Refused to help me with chemical burns. I tried to call beforehand and they did not answer the phone which meant I had a wasted journey there. Told me to call 111 but my burn is not severe enough to need to go to A&E. Pure laziness and bad service

Visited make up counters to help with finding shades. When one of the girls was giving me a sample another came over abruptly to see why she was giving it out. I had already said to the girl why I was there so I didn?t understand this lady abruptness.
Got 2 samples of different brands and neither are labelled so I have no idea what colour it is for me to make a purchase.
I will not go back as everyone has made the same comment about how unfriendly the females are that work on the make up counters. Would rather take the drive to Colchester.

My optician Amen was really nice and very professional, following on from that Viktoria helped me choose my glasses and proceeded to explain all my options for lenses. In all in I was really impressed with the customer service that I received from the staff and noticed how from the eye test to the decision on which glasses I would like was as professional as it gets. I definitely recommend this opticians and can't thank Amen and especially Viktoria for her excellent advice and guidance on finding the perfect lenses and frames for me.

Wanted to say a big thank you to Kiki on the No7 counter at the Ipswich Tavern Street branch who was so helpful and informative about all the products in the range and made my shopping experience a joy, such a lovely member of staff

I came in to ask for co.cocodamol as I forgot to order from my GP. I would of been treated with more respect and customer service if I was asking for methadone. I never been served in such a rude way in my life in a pharmacy. Boots I will never darken your door again.

Massive queues. Always. They are vastly understaffed and inadequately staffed. Go to an independent and save yourself time.

Boots Opticians Tavern Street. Absolutely amazing service! My daughter has Autism and is non verbal. She desperately needed glasses but other opticians weren?t even able to test her. Not only was Boots able to test her but they made her comfortable. She even trusted them in the end. I think our assistant was called Taylor? she was so aware, patient and kind. I?m not sure of the optician?s name but he found a way to test her through hand signs and was so patient. My daughter struggles to trust anyone but she trusted them. From start to finish they were amazing, they showed a real understanding of Autism and patience. I will be recommending them to the Autism community in Ipswich. Best of all, Octavia hasn?t taken off her glasses once yet!

The first employee I went to (short, blonde, kinda tanned) asking for help was very rude and blunt. I only simply needing a colour match. I wasn?t bothered by what brand or anything. Her only response was ?this is my only station if you don?t know what you want I can?t help.? That?s fine, I understand that, but the way she was so quick to shut me down instead of advertising something from ?her section? made me feel so unwelcomed and embarrassed. Maybe you should?ve taken the time to ask me questions about what I?m looking for instead of chatting away to co workers. I asked another young lady that was very helpful by the mirrors, asking me my price range, skin type and finishing preference and directed me to a perfect match. I appreciate that a lot

Customer service on beauty counters is appalling. Some of the ladies working there have no customer service skills whatsoever. If q customer asks for a sample just give them a sample it is not that hard !!! And then people wonder why high street shops are closing down , a lot of people like myself will just shop online .

Did an emergency routine prescription supply for my dad as he would have completely run out of some of his medications before the one I made through his gp will be ready. I was referred to this pharmacy, not only did they not give me any of dad's drugs because they didn't think any of his medications were urgent, they said the one I made through his gp will be ready the next day even when i had told them that wasn't the case. I couldn't still get dad's medication the next day as they had said. Iam so pissed!

Have they paid their taxes yet? (Post refers to the company not the individual branch)
