Absolute joke of a store! Wanted to return some items and couldn?t find my receipt so was told I would need the day date and time I came in how much I brought to the exact number and everything I brought ! WTAF who has this information?? Seriously! I?ve never felt so insulted in all my life they make you feel like you have stolen the items. I have never heard of such a performance to return an item this is an absolute joke shame on you b&m

Turned up at 8pm despite the website and sign out the front of the shops saying 10pm close, to find it closed. Complete waste of a trip

Bought 4 diate coke bottles. They had a very strong metalic taste and very unpleasant. Checked the expiry date on the bottles and it was 11/23 and today it?s 05/03/24. 6L of coke down the drain and 5£ loss.
