  Next when I will step in any Betfred shop here in Ipswich I will make sure I have pics or whatever you need to make sure I will be self excluded from all Betfred shops in Ipswich. I don't like the way how you steal money using those slots machines and you even think that you can tell me how to touch the button after the machine take my money in just 5-10 minutes on minimum stake.No worries very soon I will be self excluded from all Betfred shops. The real RTP for those slots machine is probably 5-10% .

  Rude staff, I asked to use the toilet because I'm diabetic guy behind the counter said yes but did not tell me there was a button to release the from the inside so I got stuck no one came to help I finely managed to get the door open but I'm claustrophobic and when I came out while having a panic attack the guy behind the counter just laughed at me and claimed he told me how to release the door when he most definitely 100% did not ?
