Rooms are cold in the part of hotel I was in last food orders 7.45 bathroom so small the door hits the loo and you have to go in sideways I set the heating system on 22 degrees but it still pumped out cold air I don't believe there was a lift. The Best Western I stayed at the night before in Lowestoft was completely different class lovely sea views great staff excellent food oh and £20 less Shame this one let's the chain down

Had a large room which was clean and tidy with plenty of storage. Large TV. Bath and excellent Mira shower. Breakfast was good but little hot choice apart from full English. Evening meal also very good although no service on Sunday night. Staff were good and very friendly.

A great little place to stay, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are excellent, they were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly encourage you to try this little gem.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, shower pressure was excellent. Great location as we were at a wedding nearby. Easy to find, only a mile from the main road. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Stayed here just for one night and the staff were wonderful, warm, helpful and kind The room was comfortable and had all the facilities needed and all seemed clean and well looked after. We had breakfast and were very impressed with the standard of the cooked breakfast as well as the help yourself buffet. Again, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. And all this at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

The people are as good as I've experienced, the hotel is nice and the breakfast, exceptional, We wanted a second night but they were understandably fully booked.Best Western, you deserve this high praise, thank you.

We arrived early on day of check-in, expecting to leave our bags in reception until later in the day. However, Marina was extremely helpful and said she would show me the room, even if it wasn?t ready, as my partner needed to be able to access a walk-in shower due to hip issues. The room was already clean and was just needing the beds to be put together rather than twin set-up. I was able to leave my bags in the room, was given my keycard, and left to spend the day away from the hotel, knowing my room was ready on my return. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was very good. The chef was accommodating when asked by my partner for a specific request, which was much appreciated. The cooked breakfast was lovely and, again, my partner requested something a little different, which was catered for. Every single person we met, from the accommodation assistants to the waitresses and reception staff could not have been more helpful - the accommodation assistants even offered to carry our bags to the car when we checked out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again if visiting the area in the future. Thank you so much to everyone at the Best Western Hotel Claydon for making our trip enjoyable and stress-free.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel recently while on business in Suffolk. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. However, the icing on the cake is the food, fantastic value and excellently prepared and really tasty, thanks to everyone at The Claydon.

The very best of stays with a warm welcome and caring staff. Reception staff very professional, greeting guests with a smile and pleasant demeanor, the Chef was accommodating regarding meal requests. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant stay.

The room was very dated, the AC antiquated, inefficient and noisy and no hairdryer in the room - colleagues reported the same issue. You had to ask for one at Reception. If theft is such an issue, why not install fixed hairdryers? The breakfast was very poor in terms of choice and quality. Stuck to toast on the second morning and skipped it altogether on the third day. The continental "option" consisted of cheap, packaged muffins etc. Consistently pleasant and helpful staff - a redeeming feature.

We have never stayed in a Best Western hotel before and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. A reasonable price with air conditioning which was a bonus, Super friendly staff that were caring, helpful, polite and professional, going above and beyond our expectations. Clean and comfortable room with everything that was needed. Will definitely consider a Best Westeern hotel in the future. Huge thanks.
