I had the best experience with Sophie today at Benefits brow bar within Boots, Ipswich. Sophie was both professional and friendly, we chatted about my preferred brow shape and tint colour and during the whole service I felt more like a friend than a customer. There was no pressure on time as I dithered between desired tint shades and Sophie helpfully mapped my brows which enabled me to visualise the outcome. The tint and wax itself was painless and efficiently performed. I would be more than happy to entrust Sophie with my brows again and following the treatment, she assisted me in a couple of skin concerns I had and recommended some benefit products that may assist me in addressing these. We tried them out to ensure I was happy with the feel and finish of a face powder and face oil to remove makeup. Sophie went above and beyond in terms of customer service and generally just being a really friendly and talkative team member who I felt an instant rapport with, I will definitely return! I have never had SOOOO many compliments on my eye brows, I came in having not had them done for months and from start to finish Sophie was amazing! From brow mapping and an in-depth consultation to after care and doing through with me how to style them and apply products, I will never let anyone touch my brows apart from Sophie and everyone else should do the same, thank you for giving me confidence and making me feel special ??
