Ufuoma at Barclays Ipswich was the epitome of kindness courtesy & good quality customer service she was very professional, & helped me with my account today at Barclays and was very well spoken and respectful, she was patient & calm & ready to help. Ufuoma took the trouble to answer all my queries offered me a lovely cup of tea and my granddaughter a cool drink too. I went in this afternoon , warm welcome and everyone was happy. My experience at Barclays Bank was exceptionally positive. The service was of the highest caliber, and I felt a profound sense of appreciation for their attention to detail.
