Very large store, has every thing you could need if you can find it ........ not everything is in the place you would expect to find it. Tills are rubbish only one cash till in operation and I counted 6 members of staff watching and not helping

Just popped in to pick up some paint for the spare bedroom, and I have to say the staff there are absolutely brilliant! I was completely overwhelmed by all the colour options, but one of the gentlemen in the store took the time to really listen to what I was trying to achieve and helped me narrow it down to the perfect shade. He even explained which primer I'd need and gave me tips on cutting in around the skirting boards.The lady at checkout was equally lovely.
It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes all the difference. The store itself is well-organised and clean, making it easy to find what you need. Will definitely be back for my next DIY project!

Used this store for a long time and never had a problem. I wish to thank Phil for helping us sort a problem with missing parts from a product bought in store. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Went to get some electric items, The guys on the floor were very helpful, The lady on the till had no conversation at all. I wish they had self checkouts with cash options. No hi, bye or thanks. Won't hurt to say some extra good words to customers.

Made my 76 year old mum take her flogas 11kg bottle and 6kg bottle back to her car. Woman who brought the bottles out told her to get a flat trolley and that she?d be fine to load her car up herself and didn?t even offer to get her help. Disgraceful!
