Had Excellent customer service today, Dan did my pre test and he was very polite and professional.Ashley was my optometrist and was very thorough,Professional and a very polite young man.Jamie was very helpful at choosing my glasses.Pauline dispensed my glasses and was excellent.Thank you all for making my visit a pleasure.10/10.

Staff are all great - this is the second time using Asda, first glasses lasted me well - new prescription needed after 24 month eye test - quick, efficient and very friendly - and very good value - will be back in 2025 - thanks all

Just had my eye test and can I say it was the most thorough test I had ever had the assistant was polite and helpful very aware of hygiene even though many covid restrictions have been lifted. The optician him self was unbelievably thorough and was able to put my mind at rest.Overall an excellent service. One big ThankyouMr R Bruce

After an unfortunate experience at another opticians where my prescription, glasses and contact lenses were all wrong, Graham asked that I leave my gas permeable contact lenses out for 3 weeks and then re-did all tests to arrive at an accurate prescription and sort me out - very grateful

I have emailed ASDA optical and have not even received an acknowledgement of receipt. I have been to see an independent optician. It looks like the only alternative is to be litigation on grounds of medical negligence.I am Mr R Bruce

Absolutely fantastic service. My partner and I both had eye tests my eye test brought up an issue that is potentially very serious, which a high street Opticians has missed (twice) in the last year. We had two pairs of glasses each mine with Varifocal lens and we paid less for everything including the eye tests than I paid for two pairs of glasses last year from high street opticiansPlease try Asda they have been amazingKaren

Cheap eye tests with affordable glasses. Contact lenses are much cheaper here than other high street retailers and online retailers alike. Some eye tests and aftercare is free if you buy lenses from them.

Due to traffic was going to be late for my 5.20 appointment, I rang an hour ahead and then when I was 3 miles away to say I was going to be 6 minutes late, to be told sorry optician won't wait we can re book for two weeks time. Don't bother in goto spectators instead
