Armstrong and North are the best opticians offering an extremely friendly experience. Other opticians are too hectic. So if you after a calm personal experience then Armstrong and North highly recommended, would never use another opticians. They also do hearing tests now every other Thursday.

We have used this opticians for many years (30) in my case, long before they became the current name.All staff are fabulous and take time to explain everything necessary.Kevin has been incredible with both my children, kind, very patient and understanding of wiggly, bored, comedy children.Lara had taken time, twice, to explain about visual stress testing for my son.I cant recommend them highly enough.

Whilst very happy with all your staff when I had my recent eye test at your Ipswich store, which has a calm and re-assuring atmosphere, I have to query your lens pricing. I was quoted "£200" for new lens' excluding frames.My wife was shocked at this as she recently had new glasses. So I took my prescription to her optician and bought complete glasses for less than £150.I can appreciate your buying power can't match some of your big high street competitors, but the +40/50% differential in lens prices made me buy elsewhere.

Safe, clean hygienic practice, well look after, eye examination thorough, made to to welcome and at ease. Optician very professional. Yes all of those too. A person or persons who show that they Care about the client, I felt as though I had known Kevin for several years a very comfortable personality.Thank you to all staff, I had a great feeling of wellness. ?
