Items showing online in stock with next day delivery.
Placed order and money taken. No further details sent to me.
Takes me to call and ask where my order is to be told no stock and they essentially drop ship and will refund. Now I have to wait a week for refund to hit my account.
Bad form. Never ordering from this company again.

I'm not trade and only discovered recently but I have found the staff very friendly, offering good advice and good prices on quality tools.

I had excellent service from the Ipswich branch. Friendly staff who ordered in from their warehouse and then phoned when it was in store (ordered in store on Tuesday, received phone call on Wednesday saying it was ready for pickup). Honoured original pricing after their website pricing went up. Even helped me carry it out to my car.

Great service and great selection of tools with most of what you need in stock. I Donâ??t understand the other reviews. As I live in Ipswich I often always drop in early in the morning or at the end of the day and they are always more than helpful.
