Had an issue with an earring which was bought at Christmas. Took it back to the shop & they tried to get it repaired, unfortunately it wasn’t possible. They tried to get a replacement pair but no longer available. Even although I couldn’t find the receipt the assistant found it in their receipt book. Was offered a refund... read full comment
