This is a terrible place to shop, rude staff, especially at the self service check outs. Over heard the girl at the self service checkouts saying she likes picking people out to bag check which is a breach of the Equality Act 2010 for protection from discrimination as well as the trading standards act 2015, breaking these acts will ensure investigation. It seems reading other reviews this is common practice at this store . Was also asked to pay for my shopping bag when i had brought it in to the shop, having told the girl i brought it in to the shop she offered no apology and gave me a bad look. I will not be shopping here any more. Security buzzers at the door being triggered by people coming into the outlet door , this place is so badly organized with staff who could'nt care less.

This is one of the shops I often visit. The variety of the products is limited. And the store is quite messy and dirty. I guess they do not have enough staff.

Trolleys works either coins and always an issue to get one. There is always something run out in Aldi, can?t get every item done in the shopping list.
Their still water is great price and tasty also their apple juice yum.
However paid almost £3 for blueberry, it mould on the second day before the date for best use

Going to have to give one star Amader on the self checkouts thought it would be funny to ID me even though I'm 40 years old I work next door by the way and she sees me every day but after a hard day at work the last person you want to run into is a Karen me and our family have been shopping here for years we will never go back and Hope amander can cover the losses because I wonder how many more people she's doing this too Good luck and good riddens

For the last three times my wife has been there the same female member of staff is so rude to her my wife now refuses to shop in there now. Sort your staff out.

Used this supermarket a couple of times and every time I have met the rudest staff if they don?t like working there go get a job somewhere else . We all have bad days but most of us don?t take it out on other people
