A smaller branch of WH Smith than is typical but it sells all the things you would expect Smith's to sell. Bit more pricey than other retailers, but that doesn't make this a bad store in itself. Smith's are dependable.

Unfortunately the staff, including the manager are not prepared and not willing to help customers. I asked a couple of questions and the manager didn't know the answer for both of then! I can't believe that a responsible for a store not knowing the answer for something won't be bother to ask someone else, or another store for instance. Really bad experience that is a shame, when we think that WH Smith charges the prices they do. My bill on that day was around £90 and turned in £30, as I wasn't happy to take the other 2 books without mu questions being answered. I wanted to make sure I was purchasing something that I was informed of what I was getting,but unfortunately it wasn't the case.

Next time I am surely buying online and have it delivered at my house. Is worthless going to the store with unhelpful staff.
I am sorry, but this was my worst experience in a store. Hopefully, this will change.

Staff not friendly, not helpfull. Don't even try to help when I asked to search in the system if a book was available. Not coming back for sure
