Bad FOOD and Poor customer service.
I recently had a disappointing experience with USA Chicken that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered two pieces of chicken fillet, a vegetarian pizza, and a side of wedges. When the delivery arrived, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor emanating from the chicken as soon as I opened the container. It was immediately clear that I had made a poor choice.
The container was excessively oily, with grease seeping through the wrapping paper, making a mess of everything. Both the chicken and the wedges appeared to be poorly prepared; they seemed drenched in oil and lacked the crispy texture I was hoping for. The overall presentation was unappetizing, and the quality of the food did not match what I expected based on other similar meals I?ve had from different restaurants in the area.
Feeling compelled to address the issue, I called the restaurant to speak with the owner, as I was informed he would be available. During our conversation, I tried to explain my concerns regarding the food quality and how it fell short of acceptable standards. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging my complaint, I felt dismissed. The owner insisted that he prepares food to meet the expectations of British customers, implying that my dissatisfaction was based on a misunderstanding of what "good" food is supposed to be.
He mentioned that he has never received a complaint from any other customer and boasted that he handles hundreds of orders daily. This response only added to my frustration, as it felt like he was unwilling to consider the possibility that his food could use improvement. His sweeping generalization about the food preferences of British customers left me wondering if he truly understood the importance of quality service and food that satisfies a diverse clientele. Overall, my experience at USA Chicken was far from satisfactory, and I would encourage improvements in both food preparation and customer relations.
I urge my fellow Britons to seriously contemplate boycotting this restaurant due to its excessive generalizations and discriminatory attitudes towards British culture and its people. It appears that the establishment doesn't quite appreciate our culinary preferences, leading me to believe that a name change would be appropriate.

Absolutely terrible got order wrong wouldn't correct wouldn't recommend to anyone and the fried chicken is much better in yeldham and would be quicker to collect than get delivered by this lot actually shocked what a waste of 30 quid

Ordered chicken,chips,hot wings and a drink.
Slight taste to the chicken,was a unique and acceptable flavour profile. Meat was dry though,as if it wasn't freshly made. Chicken hot wings, was meant to get two, they gave me four but these were dry too ..... Fries were okay ..if a little crispy, to the point of being rigid when cooled down a bit ....I ate it all so it warranted 3 Stars, an okay spot to hit after a night of drinking ....though for flavour and quality id pick the kfc nearby.
Spicy wings had no spice what so ever.
Will go to again to see if this was a bad night.

Thursday 28march 24, the new Oldman delivery driver is rude, I opened my door and he said alright alright don't panick wen I wasn't doing anything then he said USA I said yes I no, he gave me order then shut my door ??? plain rude get rid of him

Was told 45 minutes delivery, then it turned out it's actually 1h 30 minutes! When I called I was told they're short of drivers - would be nice to mention it when I called the first time instead of giving me false estimate
