Not happy just been in tescos and they have separated the baskets and the trolleys for self service.. Great youwould think but no you can only pay by card no chance to pay with cash so pushing us as the customer to use a card and not cash !!! So not happy tescos we should have the say on how we want to pay not you. So won't use this service again

I decided to eat in the cafe I had waited about an hour for my food when the person sitting next to me received there food who had come in at least 45 minutes after me and a another person who came in after me had also had there food. A young man came up to me and told me that they hadn't a ticket for my meal and they were just cooking it and offered me another coffee. I asked for a discount due to the wait but he told me unfortunately he couldn't when he brought me my meal and asked for the coffee he said he would get me he said that as I had been rude to him that hI wouldn't get one at no point was I rude I was annoyed. He told me his name was Ben.

I've never really felt the need to review a supermarket as generally you get exactly what you expect but I've had various experiences in this store which make me think the management must be at fault. Most incidents are to do with staff, so I assume little or no training. I won't bore you with a list but the last time I was in there on a busy Saturday I had to wait on two separate occasions for staff members to finish their long conversations with friends who were also shopping. I've no problem with staff chatting to friends but after a minute or two, when a customer is waiting, they should at least pause the chat.

the tesco security guy wouldnt let us smell the perfumes we were gonna buy so how tf am i supposed to know if i like it or not. this is a rubbish store with too much sass never go here xx

Usually when I've visited Tesco Store in Haverhill, I have found the staff courteous and polite. The young man who served me this evening spent the whole time that he was serving me talking to the colleague who was taking over from him. Not once did he speak to me or look at me except when he said have you a club card and here's your receipt. Not acceptable really.

There are often no products on the shelves. There is not enough or, on the contrary, too much service at self-service checkouts. There are evil cashiers at regular cash registers. The store resembles a children's playground, not a deli. It seems that parents do not have time for children, so they combine shopping with walks :))) in the store, not in the fresh air

Very disappointed in the food bacon badly overcooked and whole meal was cold which does not help with miserable staff serving you.

Nice tescos, not a big super store but you can get all you need in there, not overly busy either, also nice helpful staff.
