Please employ some staff that are beyond zombie state. Tables were full of rubbish we had to clear a table ourselves to sit down. When someone did come out clear tables they done 3 tables in about 10 mins and then disappeared again. I know its only Tesco but I am still spending my hard earned money can you at least make some effort.

I'm not sure how you can turn up to Tesco's cafe before it opens when your food delivering it's cold. How can it be cold? You're better off going to the burger van on Holland road. At least the food hot absolutely!

I was served by a lovely lady called mira ( I think ) she was lovely excellent customer service was happy chatty and very helpful I'd give her 10 out of 10 unfortunately the blonde lady who was incharge who publicly had a go at her infront of customers can't cook an egg for toffee was rock hard !! 0 out of 10 for her !

Order for delivery.
Awful! It took nearly 2 hours for a panini and a bagel. We ordered after the lunch time rush (14:15) and it arrived at 16:00.
Now cold and bland, just tasted of bread. Will never order again.

Staff was friendly but under alot of stress not any staff and low on food and drinks . I had to asked for my table to be cleaned.Which he did do.My pot of tea had clearly had a broke tea bag but didn't know until the last cup. Otherwise all ok

Hasn?t changed since I last left a review in 2019. Ordered breakfast and when it came the egg is only what I can call slop. The toast wasn?t even toasted on one side. I complained and new egg was brought also new toast which again was only toasted on one side. As I said last time, this cafe could be a nice little earner but lack of staff and uninterested people doing the serving makes it a no go. Just wondering if any of the management reads these reviews. Saffron Walden branch knocks spots off of Haverhill.
