Excellent service and client care provided. My eyesight has actually improved this visit and there was no pressure applied to purchase frames etc. I'm a regular customer, so they know not to discuss contacts with me, because they're not for me.
I'd thoroughly recommend the team at the Haverhill store. Thank you all x

I recently visited Specsavers haverhill for an eye test and to purchase power glasses, and I had a wonderful experience. The eye check-up was done very thoroughly with modern equipment, and the optometrist explained everything clearly about my vision and power. The staff were polite, patient, and helped me choose the right frame that suited both my style and comfort.
The glasses were ready on time, and the quality is excellent ? very clear vision and comfortable to wear. Overall, I?m extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional eye care and good quality glasses.

Came to store in Haverhill today for wax removal, Musa the audiologist was so kind and caring! Walked in deaf in one ear skipped out with perfect hear! Thank you so much Musa! And all the Haverhill staff!

Came to have the wax removed from my left ear.It was very deep and hard and needed 4 visits. I would like to say I was treated in a most friendly,caring and reassuring way.If the problem reoccurs I would not hesitate to come back.

My service has overall been good but disappointed to hear and see staff discussing another patient in a derogatory manner and my name in earshot of other customers. When challenged on this they didn't see it being a problem.
