This Sainsbury's has gone down hill alot lately. The price of food in this store has skyrocketed recently seriously considering giving this store as miss whenever possible. Update nothing much has changed. They are still the same sky high prices, and it looks like the choice of products has reduced, giving me less of a choice. The prices just keep going up and up...

Why do you not recycle bottles any more . I occasionally shop in Tesco because they have a bottle bank, though I prefer to food and wine shop in Sainsburys. Sometimes there are few manned tills open.

Its ok. I see Sainsbury's is ready for the reset the government has planned for us all. Barriers to come and go from Sainsbury's. I also wish that the so called security staff would put there mobile phones away when working in store

This is everything you would expect from a Sainsbury's shop. It's quite a big one. It's clean. It's well managed the parking is good.
It pays to be a member of the nectar loyalty scheme because these days more and more discounts are given to members.

So much a better shopping experience today. They've installed new fridges witha new type of see-through doors, everything in them is well lit and looks so much better.
As a real added bonus, you no longer get cold in the chilled food section and of course, it must save Sainsburys an absolute fortune only chilling the food and not the surrounding area aswell. Well done Sainsburys !

Clean shop, plenty of choice, friendly staff but the checkouts are awful. I have started to use other local supermarkets as a result of this. Lack of tills that have a human to serve you. Constantly waiting on self checkout with a red light flashing, for seemingly no reason. Really am now starting to avoid the shop, such a shame, but I feel they really have this set up wrong.

Why is Sainsburys Bury St Edmunds petrol 125.9 per litre and Haverhill 133.9 thought it should be the same price across all stores, or am I wrong!

Staff is absolutely amazing but I?m on top of being annoyed that EVERY TIME I BUY A STEAK I BEEP ON EXIT AND NEED TO GO BACK ! I don?t always have time to wait for someone to come and check my receipts I started releasing the magnet on my own becyits ridiculous! It?s been over 6 months now ?????????????? can you do something with this ! It?s not only humiliating but as well super annoying ??
