Food was okay, the service was TERRIBLE! Our drinks order was wrong, took them over half an hour to bring us mayonnaise, half our food was cold, and they didn?t clear our table before serving desserts, will not be returning and I don?t recommend

Lovely food man that served us was a bit rude he got very impatient with me when trying to use my vouchers made me feel very uncomfortable and a inconvenience

Having been before and everything was brilliant thought we'd go again but what a disappointment, drinks and food order taken drinks arrived then then starters, mains then arrived 45minutes after starters had been cleared, three of which were cold, these were returned hot after being microwaved , I would not say it was busy but the two waiting staff were here and there trying their best, we did not stay for deserts so paid and left, they gave us a discount but left very disappointed.

Food was good, only criticism it was served on cold plates, food soon goes cold. Pleasant surroundings. Good place to stop after the cinema. Quiet when we arrived but soon started to fill up.

3hr wait for delivery is absolutely ridiculous even if busy should be able to cater for all , obviously not enough staff and not a well run restaurant no excuses for this won?t be ordering or going there again

Seriously bad, food tasteless, poor service, was told they were fully booked, when they were not. Rude waitress, no customer service terrible customer experience. No atmosphere. As a family with our friends we do not recommend this Prezzo franchise in Haverhill ?

We popped in to Prezzo as it was en route and convenient but without high hopes of the chain.
What we got was a really pleasant surprise, my pizza and my wife calzone were served piping hot, full of flavour and just very good. Service was excellent with a smiling Isabel, all very good.
With the chef and staff they have right now I can only recommend the experience only marked it down as they were very quiet (3pm) so bit of a lack of atmosphere.

Visited this evening. Must be said this was an excellent Prezzo?. However, tonight service was slow, meals no where as good as many previous visits, very few staff. Needs a visit from area manager to sort issues out. Otherwise I am sure this restaurant will go. Come on Prezzo Haverhill we deserve better !

Nothing against the 2 girls who were rushing around serving. But it took 45 mins to be seated and get our drinks for 2 people... It was a busy evening but more staff should definitely have been in. 2 of our favourite dishes have also been changed. Disappointing.

Another poor vist to Haverhill prezzo.
Really under staffed, waited over 1 hour for food.
Felt really sorry for the 3 girls running around over worked. Kitchen staff stuck in first gear this is the 2nd time recently we have experienced the same issues.
I think the area manager needs to address the issues before it becomes another closed restaurant. It's such a shame as it used to be so good before.
Will not be returning anymore

Arrived at 6:20, after waiting a long while to be seated with a LOT of free tables, it took an absolute age for 1 starter to be brought out, and then it came out cold in the middle and needed to be redone. The mains were OK.
These low scores are based on a very slow service, not hugely knowledge on the food they were to soon be serving and the only starter being brought out cold.

Yesterday my daughter ordered garlic bread and they gave her mozzarella instead and her drink was a little bit warm and it was too noisy

Nice and clean place inside. Friendly staff. Problem was that our food was ready and waiting on the countertop for 10 minutes and no one came and got it. By the time it came to us it was lukewarm and not very appetising and dry. Don?t think I?ll be back
