we called in for information etc on fish keeping, Well we spoke to Chantelle and she was Brilliant, very helpful, polite, and customer friendly, and a credit to your store, looking forward to returning soon when the aquarium has settled to get some fish, we went back into store the next day for questions ,advice,etc Well Lily & Molly were excellent also ,even helped me set up pets club on my phone .What a Cracking team you have there, keep it up.Harry

I had a wonderful experience at Pets at Home in Haverhill thanks to Petra! She was incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect hamster and shared so much useful knowledge and advice along the way. She even carried the basket around with me to make sure I had everything I needed for my new little pet. Her kindness and support made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much Petra :)

We had an amazing experience at Pets at Home on Sunday afternoon. We visited for a collar and harness fitting for our Cavapoo puppy and were incredibly impressed with the service we received.
The team members ? Cat, Ann, and Steph ? were exceptionally helpful and patient, especially with our young and nervous puppy. They took the time to ensure our puppy was comfortable throughout the fitting process, trying on several collars and harnesses to find the perfect fit.
They even suggested options for when our puppy grows, further demonstrating their thorough understanding and care. Their kindness and support truly stood out, and we left feeling very grateful for their assistance. We will definitely be returning as our puppy grows.
Thank you, Cat, Ann, and Steph, for making our visit so wonderful.

Always happy and helpful. Always have what you're looking for, if not, you can order from their website and get it delivered to your local store for collection.
Only downside, not enough parking spaces.

The manger of the shop is a bully and very rude she speaks to people like they shouldn?t be even allowed in her store all the other staff in this shop are amazing it would be a great store if she wasn?t there she told lies to her area manger to have me banned in the shop over the purchase of a fish if you do go in there avoid her speak to the other staff they are friendly and very helpful but not her
