Spent £75 for the family lunch as we ate in. Fined £100 for staying more than 60 minutes. Seriously! Not nearly enough time. Service wasn't fast. Down to one star.
Be warned people. Don't bother.
Parking: Free parking up to 60 minutes. A £100 fine if you overstay. Not enough time to order and eat unfortunately.

Empty car park, only 2 people inside sitting down eating but took 18 minutes from ordering our food at the kiosk to getting it served. Staff were rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. The worst kfc I?ve ever been to.

The hamburger smelled bad. The food was stale, especially the hamburger. Don't buy it at all They forced my child to go to the hospital.

I have been there many times asking for the vegan burger as my girlfriend is vegetarian and they never have it. Then! I went there again recently and they even told me this location does not do the vegan burger anymore. They have the audacity to tell me this as I look at their menu boards and see the option for the vegan burger. So Haverhill KFC can you please update your menus or provide the items you advertise not only in your store but also at the drive thru. Thanks.
Vegetarian options: Clearly labelled but don't actually have the burger.

I got a bargain bucket from here and the meat was still pink and by pink I mean the texture and flavour of raw chicken not just slightly under done or smoke rings ... I tried to contact customer services on the app and it just froze when it came to leaving a complaint .... This happened day after day so invalidated the three day validation of my claim against them ... Didn't want to leave this review but had no choice.
I have had a great experience before here ..when it first opened of a day and I got 20 chicken wings for £8 or so ..they were all cooked and great ...it's just that this is yet another KFC outlet where standards are not adhered and it's not consistent ...it is a hit and miss place ...with one previous experience having both juicy and dry chicken in the same bucket ...the link given to me in response also freezes both on mobile and a gaming pc, i have since lost the receipt but below are photos to showcase.
Went to store to showcase issue, was told that once their team responds to a review its outside of the locations jurisdiction with no way of offering contact details for that team.
Was informed that just because it was pink that that doesn't mean it's not cooked ...I showed him the pictures below, he implied that they got reviews saying that the chicken was green a couple months ago,implying that too might be me and informed me that chicken cannot be undercooked at KFC due to rules and testing of the bone marrow ....I informed him of human error and staff not following procedures ....the Facebook page showcasing all the errors KFC outlets have made and the shot in the dark that's made each time a customer goes to a KFC is evidence for such things.
I would avoid this KFC. Customer care taking second place to ego.At least this time.

They almost never have the vegan burger no matter the time of day I?ve visited. The past 6 times they haven?t had it. All I want is a damn vegan burger.

RAW FOOD
no just no. My friend and I went to dinner here today.we ordered a gravy mega box and popcorn chicken meal. The chicken was very much raw. We went to the counter and they said it was cooked and proceeded to cut the chicken to show that the bone is black which means absolutely nothing. I work in a professional kitchen so I know that that was raw chicken.
I am very disappointed and will never be returning again. I would recommend checking your chicken if you want to risk eating here.

Terrible! Waste of time. Poor service and poor timekeeping. We pre-ordered for collection via drive-thru at 19:45, was in the queue until 20:45 only to be told that there?ll be another 10mins wait for the hot wings.
I said just refund the hot wings, we cannot afford to wait longer. Found out that the lady refunded all of our orders. When we said we only wanted the hot wings refunded, told us they don?t have any other cooked chicken to give anyway. We ended up just leaving with nothing but two drinks!
There?s no option for 0 star so I?m giving them one. The owner should look into this. This isn?t the first time but I can?t let this one pass. ???
