EFT sessions with Teresa have helped me to break through some unhelpful, repeated pattern of behaviour that generated negative feelings.Teresa has so much intuition and compassion and has taught me to stay connected to my body and not living all the time in my head.My well being has benefited from this and also my work and personal relationships.

Teresa's workshops are very enlightening and informative as well as being relaxing and enjoyable about practicing Mindfulness and would appeal especially to beginners.
